Sanding Screen also named sanding mesh net, it is not only suitable for sanding plaster and wall surface, but also for sanding rusty spots of metal materials and making grinding and polishing treatment.
Features:
Sanding screen has excellent performances of grinding, cutting and filings removing. Being coated with abrasive materials on each side, both sides of the screens can be used. It is flexible for sanding contoured and irregular surfaces. They can be washed by water when they are dirty, and continue to be used after they are dried by air.
Their grinding and cutting efficiency and their life is 2-3 times of the usual abrasive tools. It is the most ideal abrasive tool for interior decoration. And there are many styles to meet your specific requirements.
Typical Applications:
Paint, fiberglass, filler, hardware; suitable for sanding plaster and wall surfaces, sanding rusty spots of metal materials as well as grinding and polishing. Due to the open screen design and both sides being coated with abrasive material, it resists clogging and has a longer service life than other abrasive materials.
Properties:
Life time is 2-3 times of the usual abrasive tools due to S/C or A/O’s excellent abrasivity;
Double sides can be used since grits are coated on both sides;
With open mesh fabric, it can effectively resist clogging and improve sanding efficiency;
It’s washable and can be repeatedly used.
